Subscription Policy

1. What you’re subscribing to

  • A month‑to‑month, done‑for‑you content service that closes your content gaps and builds topical authority.

  • Each month we deliver a content bundle based on the micro‑topic selected from your gap analysis.

  • If you opt in, you also receive a weekly checklist email every Monday 8:00 AM in your time zone.

2. Billing & renewals

  • Plans are subscription only and renew every 30 days until canceled.

  • Your payment method on file is charged at the start of each billing cycle.

  • Pricing is shown in USD and excludes applicable taxes. Taxes are added at checkout where required.

3. Refunds & guarantee

  • We offer a 14‑day, no‑questions‑asked refund on the first payment of each new billing cycle.

  • To request a refund, contact us at support@contentcorneroffice.com within 14 days of the charge.

  • After 14 days, payments are non‑refundable.

4. Cancellation & pauses

  • You may cancel any time from your customer portal (link in your receipt) or by emailing support.

  • Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund past charges outside the 14‑day window.

  • You may pause your subscription for one cycle; paused accounts do not receive deliverables during the pause.

5. Failed payments

  • If a charge fails, our system will retry automatically.

  • If payment cannot be collected within 7 days, your subscription may be suspended and delivery paused until payment succeeds.

6. Client responsibilities

To create accurate content, you agree to provide:

  • Your website URL and three competitor URLs.

  • Your ideal customer profile, tone preferences, and any compliance notes.

  • Prompt answers to clarification emails, if needed.
    Delays in providing information can move delivery dates.

7. Deliverables & timelines

  • Monthly bundle: Delivered within 5 business days after successful payment and completed intake.

  • Weekly checklist (optional): Sent every Monday at 8:00 AM local time.

  • Deliverables are provided as branded PDFs and editable Google Docs with suggested image links.

  • Minor edits/fixes related to accuracy, tone, or formatting are included within 7 days of delivery.

8. Scope & fair use

  • The subscription includes the content volume described on the product page at checkout.

  • Requests outside scope (e.g., additional posts, new channels, urgent turnarounds) may require an upgrade or one‑time fee. If an upgrade is needed, please contact us at support@contentcorneroffice.com

  • We reserve the right to limit unreasonable or abusive edit cycles.

9. Content rights & attribution

  • Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, non‑exclusive, worldwide commercial license to use, edit, and publish the delivered content.

  • We retain underlying creative rights to our processes, prompts, templates, and system logic.

  • You may remove attribution. We may reference anonymized performance results for marketing unless you opt out via email.

10. Prohibited industries & claims

We do not produce content for: pornography, sex trafficking, child exploitation, illegal activity, gambling, hate or harassment, or any industry requiring regulated claims without adequate compliance review (e.g., medical diagnosis/treatment, financial or legal advice). Content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice.

11. AI usage & originality

  • We use advanced AI tools plus human editing to accelerate research, drafting, and formatting.

  • We aim for natural, human‑like writing and strong SEO alignment.

  • You are responsible for final review and ensuring claims and data are accurate for your organization and jurisdiction.

12. Privacy & data security

  • We store only the data needed to deliver your content.

  • Payment data is processed by Shopify Payments; we do not store full card numbers.

  • We capture order and campaign data (e.g., UTM source/medium/campaign) to fulfill your subscription and improve our marketing.

13. Changes to the subscription or policy

  • We may update features, pricing, or this policy.

  • Material changes will be notified by email or on this page, with the effective date shown above.

  • Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
