Terms of Service v2 - copy everything below

Last updated: 22 October 2026

1. Who we are

Content Corner Office is a Florida corporation ("we", "us", "our"). Contact: support@contentcorneroffice.com, 60 Alvarado Ct, Saint Augustine, FL 32092.

2. Agreement

By buying from us or using contentcorneroffice.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy at contentcorneroffice.com/policies/privacy-policy. If you buy on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and "you" includes that company.

3. Business customers only

The Service is for businesses and professionals buying for business purposes. You must be at least 18 years old.

4. What we sell

(a) Content Climber: $499 per market per month. One market means one brand, one language and one target country. Each month includes 12 blog posts, 56 social posts, matching images, drafted Reddit and Quora answers and a Monday publishing checklist, as described on our pricing page (https://contentcorneroffice.com/pages/pricing).

(b) The Corner Office: $999 per market per month. Includes everything in Content Climber, plus a full AI Visibility Audit when you sign up, an AI visibility report every quarter delivered on a date you choose, and Autopilot Publishing, which is switched on within 14 days of signup.

(c) AI Visibility Audit: a one-off report for $249.

(d) AI-Ready Page Pack: a one-off set of three pages for $1,500.

(e) Free week: a one-off sample of content. No card is required and it never converts to a paid plan.

(f) AI Visibility Tracking: the AI Visibility Audit re-run every 90 days for audit customers, for $199 every 3 months (https://contentcorneroffice.com/products/ai-visibility-tracking-quarterly) or $716 per year (https://contentcorneroffice.com/products/ai-visibility-tracking-annual).

Product details and delivery times are as described on each product page at the time of purchase.

5. How the content is made and published

AI does the writing, informed by keyword and competitor research and the brand voice you provide. We say this openly.

With Content Climber, you review every piece before it is published, and we do not publish on your behalf.

With The Corner Office, we also publish the content to the websites and social accounts you authorise us to use. You can ask us to hold any piece before it goes live. Content published under your name remains your responsibility, and you keep ownership of your websites and accounts.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published, including checking any figures, dates, prices, legal or regulatory statements and claims about third parties. We do not write regulated claims (medical, legal or financial advice) without your own compliance review. You must provide accurate information in your onboarding form and have the right to share any materials you give us.

7. Edits

For 7 days after each delivery you may request minor edits by email.

8. Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions, including Content Climber, The Corner Office and AI Visibility Tracking, renew automatically and are charged in advance until you cancel. Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. You keep everything delivered up to that point.

9. Refunds

Content Climber: we refund your first Content Climber charge in full if you email support@contentcorneroffice.com within 14 days of that payment. Later charges are not refundable.

The Corner Office: The Corner Office has no refunds, including for the current month. You can cancel at any time, and you will not be billed again after you cancel.

Audit and Page Pack: these are one-off services and are non-refundable once work has started.

AI Visibility Tracking: quarterly and annual tracking plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date and no further periods will be charged. Periods already paid, including annual plans, are non-refundable once your first report has started.

Audit credit: the $249 audit fee is credited against your first month of Content Climber or The Corner Office only. Your personal credit code is sent to you by email with your audit report. If you use the credit on Content Climber, your 14-day refund covers the amount you actually paid for that month.

The 14-day refund applies only to Content Climber. It does not apply to The Corner Office, the AI Visibility Audit, the AI-Ready Page Pack or AI Visibility Tracking.

10. Content license

On payment, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free commercial license to use, edit and publish the content we deliver to you, unless the charge for that content is refunded. If a charge is refunded, the license for the content delivered under that charge ends and you must stop using it. Images are supplied from royalty-free libraries and are used under those libraries' own license terms. We keep all rights in our research methods, software, prompts and processes.

11. Agencies and white-label use

Agencies may buy one subscription per client, per language, per market, publish the content under their client's name or their own, and pass the content license on to that client. Each subscription's license passes to that one client only. Agencies are responsible for their clients' compliance with these Terms.

12. Materials you give us

You keep ownership of your materials. You grant us a license to use them only to deliver the Service to you.

13. No guarantees of results

We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, AI citations, leads or sales. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

14. Excluded industries and prohibited use

We do not provide content for: unlawful businesses or activity; pornography or adult content; sex trafficking or child exploitation; religious organizations; crypto and digital assets; gambling; weapons; drugs, cannabis, vaping or tobacco; payday lending or debt relief; multi-level marketing or get-rich-quick schemes; hate, harassment or extremist groups; counterfeit goods or academic dishonesty; surveillance or data brokers. You may not use the Service for anything unlawful, infringing or harmful, to send spam, or to build a competing product or dataset. We may refuse or end service to anyone who breaks this section, without refund.

15. Third-party services

The Service uses third-party tools such as Shopify, payment processors, file storage, AI providers and, for The Corner Office, the publishing platforms you authorise. We are not responsible for third-party services or websites, including any platform's decision to limit, remove or reject published content.

16. Disclaimer

Except as stated in these Terms, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

18. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from content you publish or ask us to publish, materials you provide, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS, held in St. Johns County, Florida or remotely. Claims may only be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@contentcorneroffice.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out". If arbitration does not apply, the state and federal courts in St. Johns County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here removes mandatory rights you have under local law.

20. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and email active customers about material changes. Continued use after the update means you accept it.

21. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
